Sweet Stamping Treats, Easter.

This week at Sweet Stamping Treats the design team made Easter cards. I used the Easter Wishes digi stamp. I die cut two large scalloped edged circles on my Silhouette in Kraft cardstock and glued them together at the top. Then I die cut a smaller doily also from the Silhouette store with patterned paper and adhered it to the card base. Once in place I poked holes in the same area that I glued the base together and tied hemp through the card. This was cute and also added a little more structure to keep the card together. I printed the digi twice and Copic colored the eggs and the flowers and cut them out. Then I Copic colored the background on the second printed digi and glued the eggs and flowers that I cut out on top the ones on the second digi. This makes them pop just a little bit more. Lastly I added some bling to the centers of the flowers. I'm having fun experimenting with shape cards lately! :)

Also Sweet Stamping Treats has a new Facebook page and they're having a contest to celebrate it. Be sure to check out their Blog for the details of their giveaway!

Thanks so much for stopping by my blog today!

Inky and glittery fingers for all!
