Inspired Stamps Design Team: Scripture.

Good Thursday, bloggers! For this card I used one of the older but awesome stamp sets, Psalm 91 Protection. I made this card to add to my Any Hero card stack for when I send off my annual parcel to Operation Write Home. However, this would be a great stamp to use for a card to send to anyone who needs extra encouragement to know that they're being watched over and protected. For this card I used the His Little Ones character, HLO: Heart Holding Girl.  Isn't she precious? For the scripture I used, "In everything give thanks" stamp from the Fall Gratitude set. Inspired Stamps: Easter Scripture

This week the design team is creating sets of three Easter cards with scripture. My cards were made using the Inspired Stamps $3.99 scripture stamp, Isaiah 30:15.  I used soft colors to keep with the upcoming gorgeous Spring season.  The additional products I used were washi tapes, burlap twine from May Arts, buttons from Close to My Heart, some of the new Lawn Fawn paper pads, and an older sheet of pink woodgrain cardstock from I *think* Crate paper, Kraft (as always hehe), Swiss dots embossing folder from Cuttlebug, Nestabilities, Vintage Photo Distress Ink, and my scoring board to make an embossed frame for the card on the right.  Below are some close ups of each card individually.

Inspired Stamps: Strength

This week the design team is creating projects with scripture. My card was made using the Inspired Stamps stamp set, Strength, Distress Inks, red cardstock, Kraft paper, Studio Calico Mr. Huey's stencil with chevrons, and some Mister Huey's white and shimmer mists. A very CAS card with a strong inspiring message.

I also wanted to apologize for the quality of the photo this week, my light box's light went out, so I had to do this one rouge against the wall in poor lighting. I ordered a new light and next week we'll be back in business!

Inspired Stamps: Love & Scripture

Good Tuesday, bloggers! It has been a while, but I'm back from my winter break to kick off my crafty 2013! This week we're doing love cards with scripture on them. I chose to make my cards using the 2 Corinthians 13:4-8 $3.99 scripture stamp, with my washi tapes that had hearts on them, and die cuts. These were super easy to make and so much fun! I love the subway style look of the stamp when it's stamped repeatedly over the card base and layered with the fun bright washi tapes.

Good Tuesday, bloggers! Just a note that Tuesdays will be my new day for posting for the Inspired Stamps design team. :) OK so for this week's Tuesday post we were asked to make cards with a character and scripture. I used Esther's Bouquet for my character and colored her with Copics, and used the scripture from the new set Thank You. I also added the little birdie from the new set and placed him on a pop dot in Esther's lap. I added a bow, a nestabilities embossed die cut, a Martha Stewart border punched strip, and three self stick pearl accents.

Inspired Stamps: Charcter with Scripture.

Good Thursday, Bloggers! This week the design team made cards with our favorite Inspired Stamps Characters and scripture. I used the adorable Esther's Bouquet and the scripture is from the Fall Gratitude set. Isn't Esther adorable? I also love the Fall Gratitude set and I can't wait to use the pumpkins for Thanksgiving cards. Ahhh, Autumn, you can't come soon enough! :) Though the scripture in this set is great for year round projects! Gratitude isn't just for Thanksgiving!
